Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. If there are any delays or special circumstances affecting your order, we will notify you via email or order message. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and contact information at checkout so we can reach you if needed.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from China.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are approximately 10-15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated by package weight and destination at checkout. When multiple items are ordered together, we combine them into one shipment when possible so customers only pay the combined shipping rate. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.
